LVMH Perfumes & Cosmetics Finance Controller Intern

- Analyze and monitor brand expenditures and costs, identifying deviations from estimates.
- Collaborate with the accounting department for monthly financial closures, ensuring accurate financial control and analysis of expenses.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets, revisions, and forecasts in line with group requirements.
- Maintain and prepare financial information and reporting files, including P&L by store and ad-hoc reports.
- Ensure accuracy and consistency in reporting from subsidiaries and affiliates through quality checks.
- Provide analysis and recommendations for ad-hoc projects and business cases.
- Manage the purchase order process, ensuring timely and accurate coding, approval, and receipt.
- Review invoice coding and accounting postings for compliance with internal guidelines.
- Proactively create and maintain analytical structures such as cost centers and new product lines.
- Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement in financial and reporting workflows.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Industrial Organization Engineering, or a related field.
- Eligible to sign an internship agreement with an official university for a minimum of 6 months, full-time.
- Enthusiastic, proactive, and a team player.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Excellent planning and organizational abilities.
- Reliable and committed to meeting deadlines.
- Business-oriented with a sensitivity to the luxury industry.
- Fluent in English and Spanish (C1 level); French or other languages are a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; knowledge of SAP is desirable.
Previous professional experience is considered a plus.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Industrial Organization Engineering, or similar field. A Master's degree is a plus.
