LVMH E-Business Logistics Specialist

1. Coordinate physical warehouse operations between brands and outsourcing partners.
2. Lead process optimization initiatives for E-Business.
3. Report on E-Business Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
4. Train site workers on internal instructions, including gift wrapping and safety guidelines.
5. Test new processes such as gift wrapping and promotions, and collaborate with brands for final decisions.
6. Review E-Business stock by brand to optimize the picking rack and remove outdated promotional stock.
7. Control non-stock materials for E-Business, including shipping boxes, tape, and ribbons.
8. Communicate with related teams to meet brand requirements and enhance warehouse efficiency for E-Business customization processes.
9. Manage the engraving plan per SKU, capacity, and troubleshoot issues.
10. Prepare monthly expense claims and purchase orders for E-Business.
11. Report irregular processes and follow up on corrective actions.

1. Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.

3. Proficient in logistics operations, including picking, packing, and shipping.
4. Customer-focused, organized, and action-oriented.
5. Strong analytical skills and results-driven.
6. Proficient in English communication.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics operations, particularly in picking, packing, and shipping, is required.
