LVMH Perfumes & Cosmetics Demand and Supply Planner

- Define import quantities and adjust transportation modes considering inventory status, product lifecycle, and demand.
- Optimize delivery frequency and stock targets per SKU at each point of sale to achieve high presence rate while limiting stock coverage and lowering obsolescence.
- Oversee the entire lifecycle of products, from monitoring the arrival and launch of new items to managing regular orders and updating logistics for established products.
- Efficiently manage the phase-out process for products reaching the end of their lifecycle to minimize costs associated with unsold inventory.
- Offer critical insights into performance metrics, including service levels and inventory health, and their financial implications.
- Develop and implement recommendations in collaboration with the Brand team and internal teams to enhance business outcomes.
- Provide expert input to refine forecasting processes and lead initiatives to improve forecast accuracy.
- Lead comprehensive reviews with top management to assess operational performance.
- Ensure ERP/POS systems accurately reflect master data by SKU based on forecasts and supply chain dynamics.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in demand planning and supply planning functions within a supply chain.
- Ability to forecast future product demand based on historical data, market trends, and sales forecasts.
- Proficiency in defining optimal inventory levels to minimize stockouts while avoiding excess stock.
- Knowledge of coordinating with suppliers to manage lead times and ensure timely replenishment of inventory.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data from various sources and translate it into actionable insights.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to make recommendations that align with business objectives.
- Articulate communication skills in both English and Cantonese.
- Interpersonal skills to develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Familiarity with ERP/POS systems including maintaining accurate master data.
- Ability to work independently under pressure while maintaining flexibility to adapt quickly.
2-3 years proven experience in both demand planning and supply planning functions within a supply chain.
