- Manage and enter customer orders into the system, ensuring compliance with internal validation procedures.
- Monitor and communicate the status of orders to clients, providing proactive updates.
- Record and resolve client-reported issues by coordinating with internal departments, ensuring timely communication with clients.
- Handle customer return requests and coordinate with logistics and finance for proper processing.
- Participate in commercial cycles and operational meetings to align strategies and enhance customer service processes.
- Update the Customer Manual in real-time and manage documentation for Exception Reports.
- Prepare and communicate export documents for assigned shipments.
- Respond to customer inquiries and requests through various channels, providing accurate information on order tracking and issue resolution.
- Collaborate with commercial teams on order tracking and support them in enhancing the customer experience.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service roles, preferably in order management and issue resolution environments.
- Proficiency in IT tools (CRM, ERP, etc.).
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills.
- Customer-oriented and problem-solving mindset.
- Empathy and professionalism in handling difficult situations.
- Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
- Teamwork and collaboration skills.
- Focus on continuous improvement.
Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service roles, with a focus on order management and issue resolution.
