1. Manage and enter customer orders into the system, ensuring compliance with internal validation procedures.
2. Monitor and communicate the status of orders to clients, providing proactive updates.
3. Record and resolve client-reported issues by coordinating with internal departments, ensuring timely communication with clients.
4. Handle customer return requests and coordinate with logistics and finance for proper processing.
5. Participate in commercial cycles and operational meetings to align strategies and enhance customer service processes.
6. Update the Customer Manual in real-time and manage documentation for Exception Reports.
7. Prepare and communicate export documents for assigned shipments.
8. Respond to customer inquiries and requests through various channels, providing accurate information on order tracking and issue resolution.
9. Collaborate with commercial teams on order tracking and support them in enhancing the customer experience.

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service roles, preferably in order management and issue resolution environments.

1. Proficiency in IT tools (CRM, ERP, etc.).
2. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
3. Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills.
4. Customer-oriented and problem-solving mindset.
5. Empathy and professionalism in handling difficult situations.
6. Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
7. Teamwork and collaboration skills.
8. Focus on continuous improvement.

Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service roles, with a focus on order management and issue resolution.
