Customer Service Intern
LVMH Perfumes & Cosmetics is a leading global luxury group specializing in perfumes and cosmetics. The company is renowned for its prestigious brands, including Parfums Christian Dior, Guerlain, Givenchy, Kenzo, and Benefit.
- Collaborate with the Customer Service team and report directly to the Customer Service Manager.
- Participate in and facilitate the commercial strategy for cosmetics for LVMH brands.
- Manage article databases and customer records in SAP & Excel.
- Handle daily management of orders, returns, and deliveries.
- Act as a point of contact for the logistics process.
- Support sales teams and internal departments such as marketing, retail, training, and accounting.
- Prepare sales and consumption analysis reports.
- Minimum HBO level of education and thinking.
- Service-oriented with customer sensitivity.
- Affinity with products (fragrances & cosmetics).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Good command of Dutch and English; knowledge of French is a plus.
- Analytical thinking.

- Decisive with strong organizational skills.
Beginner
