LVMH Customer Service Assistant Intern

1. Collaborate with the commercial strategy for LVMH's cosmetics brands, focusing on Christian Dior, Guerlain, Givenchy, Kenzo, and Benefit.
2. Work within a dynamic, multi-brand team of five.
3. Build knowledge of customer service relationships with various internal and external stakeholders.
4. Develop a comprehensive network of internal and external contacts.
5. Enhance administrative and computer skills, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, through internal courses.
6. Gain insight into distribution and logistics processes for globally sold cosmetic brands.
7. Develop communication and editorial skills.
8. Improve time management, accuracy, and analytical skills.
9. Experience working within an international organization with a focus on the Benelux market.
10. Manage sales administration, including article databases and customer databases in SAP and Excel.
11. Support daily order, return, and delivery management.
12. Act as a point of contact for logistics processes.
13. Assist sales teams and internal departments such as marketing, retail, training, and accounting.
14. Prepare sales and consumption analysis reports.

1. Minimum HBO level of education or equivalent.
2. Service-oriented with a strong customer focus.
3. Affinity for products, particularly fragrances and cosmetics.
4. Excellent command of Microsoft Excel.
5. Proficiency in Dutch and English; knowledge of French is advantageous.
