1. Serve as the primary liaison between Customer Service and external/internal clients.
2. Negotiate with transportation partners to optimize logistics.
3. Manage the article and client databases.
4. Oversee daily order processing and product flow.
5. Introduce and manage dispute files.
6. Support the sales force and key accounts.
7. Plan and organize transportation logistics and conduct market studies.
8. Implement and monitor Customer Service KPIs.
9. Analyze Customer Service procedures and document best practices.
10. Handle environmental declarations.

1. Currently pursuing higher education in business, engineering, or a related field.
2. Fluency in French and English; proficiency in Dutch is an advantage.
3. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

1. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
2. Analytical and synthesis capabilities.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
4. Ability to work autonomously and manage priorities effectively.

No prior experience required; ideal for beginners seeking to gain valuable industry exposure.

Currently enrolled in a business school, engineering program, or equivalent university course.

A six-month internship from January to July 2026, providing valuable professional experience in a dynamic and supportive work environment with opportunities for personal and professional growth.
