- Receive and verify incoming goods, ensuring accurate recording of quantities and quality in the system.
- Prepare customer orders with precision, adhering to luxury packaging standards and ensuring timely delivery.
- Manage articles and client databases to maintain accuracy and accessibility.
- Oversee daily management of sales and support orders, facilitating the distribution of luxury products.
- Introduce and track files, manage returns, and uphold customer satisfaction.
- Submit annual declarations to Fost+ & Valipac, contributing to corporate environmental responsibility.
- Provide support to Maisons including Dior, Guerlain, Givenchy, and Kenzo, gaining exposure across the LVMH luxury portfolio.
- Optimize logistics processes to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction, collaborating closely with internal teams.
- Identify and address potential customer service issues proactively, contributing to strategy development and implementation.
- Strong administrative and digital skills, with proficiency in SAP, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Excellent analytical and synthesis skills to support decision-making processes.
- Ability to engage in enriching interactions with internal teams and external partners.
- Capability to collaborate cross-functionally and mobilize various internal stakeholders.
Beginner level experience in customer service or operations within a luxury or related industry.
