Responsibilities
- Operate daily tasks of answering and following up on customer inquiries about products and services with professional knowledge.
- Respond to customer and internal stakeholder calls and emails regarding products, purchases, and delivery information.
- Handle customer claims in accordance with internal guidelines and procedures.
- Determine the nature of customer contacts and capture relevant data for the customer information database.
- Provide answers to customer inquiries on Q&A boards daily and ensure up-to-date information is maintained across various online sales platforms.
- Summarize customer contact data on inquiry volume and trends for assigned channels and brands.
- Review and revise materials on product information guidelines as needed.
- Perform general administrative functions and provide support as required.
Qualifications
- 0-1 years of relevant customer experience working experience preferred
- Minimum 3 years of experience required

Experience Requirements
Call center environment work experience is preferred.
