- Respond to customer and internal stakeholder inquiries regarding products, purchases, and delivery information, ensuring timely and accurate communication.
- Handle customer claims in accordance with internal guidelines and procedures.
- Capture relevant data for the customer information database to determine the nature of customer contacts.
- Provide answers to customer inquiries on Q&A boards daily, ensuring up-to-date information is maintained across various online sales platforms.
- Summarize customer contact data to analyze inquiry volume and trends for assigned channels and brands.
- Review and revise product information guidelines as needed.
- Perform general administrative functions and provide support as required.
- 0-1 years of experience in customer experience roles preferred
- Experience in a call center environment preferred
- Ability to work under pressure
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Open-minded and proactive attitude
- Agility in handling multiple tasks
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience required.
