1. Monitor sales and objectives of the counter.
2. Set daily goals for the team.
3. Track team KPIs.
4. Establish corrective action plans and follow-up.
5. Ensure market share growth.
6. Ensure compliance with brand image and service guidelines.
7. Ensure adherence to 360-degree directives (CRM, promotional actions, call to action).
8. Coordinate team schedules.
9. Participate in recruitment of promoters and replacements for seasonal or new positions.
10. Motivate and encourage the team to achieve qualitative and quantitative goals.
11. Conduct individual coaching sessions at sales points, aligning with the GROW method and company objectives.
12. Perform annual evaluations.
13. Ensure execution of POS action plans to improve Mystery Shopping priorities.
14. Coordinate with management for secondary spaces for cabins and color schools.
15. Plan necessary tasks to ensure success in promotions.

1. Secondary education or equivalent in Beauty.
2. Professional training and/or university degree preferred.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in retail or service industry, ideally within the luxury, beauty, or fashion sectors.

Secondary education or equivalent in Beauty. Professional training and/or university degree preferred.
