1. Support the organization and execution of HR-related events, international visits, and executive meetings.
2. Collaborate with HRD, Head of Talent, and HRBPs to develop an HR calendar and plan HR projects throughout the year.
3. Create presentations, reports, and materials for meetings.
4. Manage relationships with providers, including vendor validation and processing of purchasing orders.
5. Coordinate the assignment and distribution of company gifts with HRBP and HR Controlling.
6. Collaborate in organizing and executing initiatives across Diversity & Inclusion, Wellbeing, Sustainability, and Social Commitment pillars.
7. Support the coordination and implementation of impactful CSR events and initiatives.
8. Assist in planning and delivering high-profile events such as EllesVMH, All LVMH Pride, Disability Awareness, and Sustainability initiatives.
9. Oversee event logistics, vendor relationships, internal communications, and reporting of CSR activations.
10. Foster communication with foundations and assist in designing and implementing innovative CSR initiatives.
11. Assist in preparing the CSR Annual Report, ensuring accuracy and alignment with strategic goals.

A minimum of 1 or 2 years of experience is required.

Degree in Marketing, Communication, HR, Journalism, or a related field.
