1. Lead the development of the annual budget, forecasts, and long-range plans for assigned brand(s).
2. Analyze brand performance, market trends, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and risks.
3. Develop and maintain financial models to support brand strategy, marketing initiatives, and retail expansion plans.
4. Collaborate with regional finance teams to gather market-specific insights and incorporate them into the brand's financial plans.
5. Prepare presentations to communicate the budget and forecasts to brand management and senior leadership.
6. Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual brand performance reports, providing insights into key business drivers.
7. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide recommendations for improvement.
8. Identify and investigate variances against budget, forecast, and prior periods.
9. Work with regional finance teams to understand regional performance drivers and identify areas for improvement.
10. Analyze retail sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges.
11. Develop and maintain key retail performance metrics and analyze retail channel profitability.
12. Evaluate the financial performance of new and existing retail locations.
13. Provide insights into the effectiveness of retail promotions and merchandising strategies.
14. Evaluate the financial effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
15. Develop and track key marketing ROI metrics.
16. Serve as a trusted financial advisor to brand management and marketing teams.
17. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and evaluate business cases for new product launches and marketing campaigns.
18. Participate in and support financial projects and initiatives.
19. Provide ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting as needed.
20. Support the implementation of global brand initiatives within the regions.

1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
2. Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in financial planning & analysis, brand finance, or related roles.

1. Proficiency in Korean and English.
2. Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
3. Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
4. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in financial planning & analysis, brand finance, or related roles. Experience in the cosmetics, luxury goods, or consumer packaged goods industry is preferred.

Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. MBA or CPA certification preferred.
