- Collaborate in unblocking orders held due to risk across all brands.
- Perform monthly reconciliation of credit limits set per client, considering Coface and SAP.
- Prepare monthly and weekly reports for the brands.
- Prepare quarterly AR peaks forecasts for each brand.
- Analyze customer risks and explore potential negotiations to reduce assumed risks.
- Prepare calculations for bad debt provisions.
- Monitor debts and coverage risks of subsidiaries, sending communications to the respective subsidiary contacts.
- Participate in the preparation and follow-up of bank reconciliations.
- Assist in the preparation and tracking of Banco de España statistics.
- Collaborate in reviewing, analyzing, and submitting consolidation packages for all ERBs included in the SSC as per the group’s established schedule.
- Participate in coordinating with subsidiaries to finalize packages according to the schedule established for the consolidation of the Perfumes Loewe BU.
- Prepare cash flow forecasts for all companies in coordination with the department and analyze discrepancies against actuals.
- Develop a comprehensive system to analyze the grey market, focusing on sell-in vs. sell-out data.
- Gather and analyze sell-in vs. sell-out data from various sources.
- Identify trends, patterns, and discrepancies in the grey market.
- Develop a user-friendly dashboard and reporting system using Power BI or similar tools.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to mitigate grey market risks.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all analyses and reports.
- Degree in Economics or Business Administration.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in Customer, Risk, or Consolidation Departments.
