LVMH Consolidation, Credit and Market Analysis Intern

1. Collaborate in unblocking orders held due to risk across all brands.
2. Perform monthly reconciliation of credit limits set per client, considering Coface and SAP.
3. Prepare monthly Weekly Reports for the brands.
4. Prepare monthly DSO reports for the brands.
5. Prepare quarterly AR peaks forecasts for each brand.
6. Analyze customer risks and explore potential negotiations to reduce assumed risks.
7. Prepare calculations for bad debt provisions.
8. Monitor debts and coverage risks of subsidiaries, sending communications to the respective subsidiary contacts.
9. Participate in the preparation and follow-up of bank reconciliations.
10. Assist in the preparation and tracking of Banco de España statistics.
11. Collaborate in reviewing, analyzing, and submitting consolidation packages for all ERBs included in the SSC (LVMH Iberia P&C, LVMH Portugal, and Christian Dior Moda) as per the group’s established schedule.
12. Participate in coordinating with subsidiaries to finalize packages according to the schedule established for the consolidation of the Perfumes Loewe BU.
13. Prepare cash flow forecasts for all companies in coordination with the department and analyze discrepancies against actuals (Budget, Revised 1, Revised 2).
14. Develop a comprehensive system to analyze the grey market, focusing on sell-in vs. sell-out data.
15. Gather and analyze sell-in vs. sell-out data from various sources.
16. Identify trends, patterns, and discrepancies in the grey market.
17. Develop a user-friendly dashboard and reporting system using Power BI or similar tools.
18. Provide actionable insights and recommendations to mitigate grey market risks.
19. Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all analyses and reports.
