1. Execute payroll and severance administration accurately and on time for all employees, including hourly-paid and temporary contract staff.
2. Calculate and process interim severance and final settlements for resigned employees.
3. Administer the four major insurance payments and ensure accurate reflection of individual details on payroll.
4. Oversee medical insurance and national pension matters for employee registration and resignation.
5. Manage compensation for unpaid leave days and execute monthly payroll adjustments.
6. Conduct year-end tax settlements and execute monthly and yearly income tax returns.
7. Administer compensation and benefits programs, including self-development subsidies, language training, and tuition reimbursements.
8. Manage employee annual leave, ensuring full utilization.
9. Oversee employee registration and resignation processes for life insurance and medical expense reimbursements.
10. Facilitate communication with staff, brand partners, and manage HRIS-related tasks, including data input and consolidation.
11. Coordinate staff sales and product allowance programs.
12. Execute yearly budgeting and revisions, and prepare for audits and ad-hoc meetings.

1. University degree preferred
2. 1-5 years of experience in payroll and compensation and benefits
3. Detail-oriented with strong numerical skills
4. Excellent communication skills
5. Strong interpersonal abilities
6. Proficiency in English is advantageous
