Compensation and Benefits Specialist

LVMH Perfumes & Cosmetics is a leading global luxury brand specializing in the creation and distribution of high-end perfumes and cosmetics. 1. Execute payroll and severance administration on time, ensuring accuracy for all employees.
2. Calculate and process interim severance and severance for resigned employees.
3. Manage temporary contract salary calculations and executions as needed.
4. Administer four major insurance payments and update payroll with individual details.
5. Handle medical insurance and national pension for resignations and new registrations.
6. Calculate and compensate for unpaid leave days in monthly payroll.
7. Manage year-end tax settlement and execute monthly and yearly income tax returns.
8. Administer compensation and benefits, including self-development subsidies and language training.
9. Support and close monthly tuition and mutual aid subsidies.
10. Manage employee annual leave and promote full utilization.
11. Oversee employee registration and resignation for life insurance and medical expense reimbursement.
12. Communicate with staff, brand partners, and manage staff sales and product allowance programs.
13. Handle HRIS data input, consolidation, and agency management.
14. Execute yearly budgeting and prepare for audits and ad-hoc meetings.

1. University degree is preferred
2. 1-5 years of payroll and overall compensation and benefits experience

2. Good communication skills
3. Strong interpersonal abilities
4. Proficiency in English is a plus

Minimum of 3 years in a related field.

University degree is preferred.
