LVMH Perfumes & Cosmetics Commercial Coordinator

- Manage and verify customer orders, including finished products and promotional materials, ensuring accurate order processing and communication of delivery dates.
- Handle customer inquiries, ensuring high-quality responses and maintaining effective communication between the Travel Retail Europe team, the brands, and retailers/operators.
- Oversee administrative tasks related to customer accounts, including dispute resolution, returns, and timely payments in collaboration with internal finance and customer service teams.
- Manage product assortments by retailer and brand, and communicate updates on pricing and product availability to clients.
- Create and update product information on client platforms for new product launches.
- Monitor and manage invoices and payment orders using internal tools, and participate in budget exercises with the Area Manager.
- Collaborate with the Area Manager and Retail Managers to track sales objectives by airport and point of sale, and conduct weekly performance analyses.
- Support retail excellence initiatives, including store openings, product launches, and promotional events, and assist in organizing regional seminars.
- Contribute to strengthening organizational ties with stakeholders, promoting the division's philosophy locally among Retail Managers and sales teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering (BAC +5)
- 2-3 years of experience in international commerce, customer service, or operational marketing
- Strong business acumen with a passion for retail and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and a keen understanding of commercial levers to enhance market share and profitability.
- Excellent communication skills for interaction with headquarters and field teams, as well as retailers.
- Customer-oriented mindset with attention to detail and a commitment to continuous improvement.
- Team player with the ability to share ideas and successes and build effective teams.
Minimum 3 years of experience in international commerce, customer service, or operational marketing, with a preference for luxury and Travel Retail industry exposure.
Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering (BAC +5)
