LVMH Benefit Assistant

- Support Core HR projects by tracking milestones and deadlines, and communicating updates to stakeholders.
- Execute employee data cleansing by identifying and correcting discrepancies, ensuring consistency between local and Core HR systems.
- Regularly update and manage employee records to maintain data accuracy and integrity.
- Process condolence and congratulations payments for employee life events, ensuring timely and accurate disbursement.
- Verify eligibility and documentation for training subsidies and process reimbursements efficiently.
- Manage employee product benefit programs, ensuring employees receive entitled benefits.
- Handle registration and resignation processes for medical insurance and national pension, ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Calculate and process payroll for part-time employees, ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines.
- Organize and maintain personnel and labor office documents systematically.
- Prepare and issue certificates for maternity leave, employment, and work experience, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Respond to HR administrative inquiries, providing accurate and helpful information.
- University degree preferred
- Relevant experience in a multinational company preferred
- Good communication skills
- Strong interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in spoken and written English
- Proficient in computer usage
- Basic accounting comprehension
Beginner level experience is required, with a preference for candidates who have worked in multinational companies.
University degree is preferred.
