Responsibilities
- Support Core HR projects by tracking milestones and deadlines.
- Communicate with project stakeholders for timely updates.
- Execute employee data cleansing and ensure data consistency.
- Update and manage employee records in the local HR system.
- Process condolence and congratulations payments for employee life events.
- Verify eligibility and documentation for training subsidy reimbursements.
- Manage employee product benefit programs.
- Handle registration and resignation processes for medical insurance and national pension.
- Calculate and process payroll for part-time employees.
- Organize and maintain personnel and labor office documents.
- Prepare and issue certificates for maternity leave, employment, and work experience.
- Respond to HR administrative inquiries from employees.
Qualifications
- University degree is preferred.
Skills
- Good communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal ability.
- Proficient in spoken and written English.
- Proficient in using computers.
- Basic accounting comprehension.
Experience Requirements
Preferably relevant experience from a multinational company. Beginner level experience is acceptable.
