1. Achieve sales targets and promote brand image by leading relationships with local and international clients.
2. Sell products and provide a high level of service throughout the sales process, adhering to the Art of Selling.
3. Meet weekly and monthly sales objectives.
4. Educate clients about products to enhance brand knowledge and loyalty.
5. Maintain merchandising counters according to corporate guidelines.
6. Update displays in line with new launches and planograms.
7. Monitor stock levels and report issues to the retail/boutique manager.
8. Perform assigned operational and administrative tasks.
9. Build strong relationships with retail store managers.
10. Encourage team spirit and collaboration among colleagues.

1. Secondary education or equivalent in Beauty; vocational training or university degree preferred.
2. Minimum 3 years of experience in retail or service industry, ideally in luxury, beauty, or fashion environments.
3. Fluent in Spanish (minimum C2 level) and competent in English (minimum B2 level).

Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail or service industry, preferably within luxury, beauty, or fashion sectors.
