1. Advise and sell brand products, providing the highest level of customer service to achieve sales targets.
2. Promote brand image and maintain strong relationships with both local and international clients.
3. Educate customers on product knowledge to enhance brand loyalty.
4. Maintain merchandising counters in accordance with corporate guidelines.
5. Update displays according to new launches and planograms.
6. Monitor stock levels and report any issues to the retail or boutique manager.
7. Perform assigned operational and administrative tasks.
8. Build strong relationships with retail store managers.
9. Encourage team spirit and collaboration among colleagues.

1. Secondary education or equivalent in Beauty; professional training or university degree preferred.
2. Fluent in Spanish (minimum C2) and proficient in English (minimum B2).
3. Availability to work 40 hours per week.

Minimum of 3 years in retail or service industry, ideally within luxury, beauty, or fashion sectors.
