1. Sell brand products and provide high-level customer service throughout the sales process.
2. Enhance brand awareness and loyalty among consumers.
3. Identify, understand, and address customer needs.
4. Monitor competitor activities, including special promotions and product launches.
5. Propose and demonstrate personalized product offerings.
6. Track sales performance against key performance indicators (KPIs).
7. Develop lasting personal relationships with clients and retailers.
8. Achieve weekly and monthly retail sales targets.
9. Participate in merchandising and inventory maintenance in accordance with corporate guidelines.
10. Supervise stock levels and report issues to the Area Manager to ensure optimal stock availability.
11. Perform assigned operational and administrative tasks, including reporting and ordering.

1. Secondary education or equivalent in Beauty; vocational training or a university degree preferred.
2. Minimum 3 years of experience in retail or service industry, ideally in luxury, beauty, or fashion environments.

Base salary plus incentives.
