1. Sell brand products and provide high-level customer service throughout the sales ceremony.
2. Enhance brand awareness and loyalty among consumers.
3. Identify, understand, and reformulate customer needs.
4. Monitor competition, including special actions and launches.
5. Propose and demonstrate personalized product offers.
6. Follow sales points according to Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
7. Develop personal and lasting relationships with clients and retailers.
8. Achieve weekly and monthly retail sales targets.
9. Participate in maintaining merchandising and inventory in line with corporate guidelines.
10. Supervise stock levels and report issues to the Area Manager to ensure optimal stock in each store.
11. Perform all assigned operational and administrative tasks, including reports and orders.

1. Secondary education or equivalent in Beauty; vocational training and/or university degree preferred.
2. Minimum B2 level in English.
3. Experience in retail or service industry, ideally in luxury, beauty, or fashion environments.

Minimum of 3 years in retail or service industry, preferably within the luxury, beauty, or fashion sectors.

Secondary education or equivalent in Beauty; vocational training and/or university degree preferred.

Base salary plus incentives.

Permanent contract with 36 hours per week, social benefits.
