1. Advise and sell brand products to achieve sales targets.
2. Provide high-level customer service throughout the sales process.
3. Enhance brand awareness and consumer loyalty.
4. Identify and address customer needs effectively.
5. Monitor competitor activities, including special actions and product launches.
6. Propose and demonstrate personalized product offers.
7. Track sales performance using Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
8. Develop lasting relationships with clients and retailers.
9. Meet weekly and monthly retail sales objectives.
10. Assist in merchandising and inventory maintenance according to corporate guidelines.
11. Monitor stock levels and report issues to the Area Manager.
12. Perform assigned operational and administrative tasks, including reporting and ordering.

1. Secondary education or equivalent in Beauty; vocational training or university degree preferred.
2. Minimum B2 level proficiency in English.
3. Experience in retail or service industry, ideally in luxury, beauty, or fashion.

Minimum 3 years of experience in retail or service industry, preferably within the luxury, beauty, or fashion sectors.

Secondary education or equivalent in Beauty; vocational training or university degree preferred.

Base salary plus incentives.

Permanent contract, 40 hours per week, social benefits.
