1. Achieve sales targets and enhance brand image by leading relationships with local and international clients.
2. Sell products and provide a high level of customer service throughout the sales process, adhering to the Art of Selling principles.
3. Meet weekly and monthly sales objectives.
4. Educate clients about products to increase brand knowledge and loyalty among consumers.
5. Participate in the maintenance of merchandising counters according to corporate guidelines.
6. Update displays in line with new launches and planograms.
7. Monitor stock levels and report any issues to the retail manager/boutique manager.
8. Perform all assigned operational and administrative tasks.
9. Establish strong relationships with retail store managers.
10. Foster team spirit and collaboration among colleagues.

1. Secondary education or equivalent in Beauty; professional training and/or university degree preferred.
2. Fluent in Spanish (minimum C2 level) and proficient in English (minimum B2 level).

A minimum of 3 years of prior experience in retail or service industry, ideally within the luxury, beauty, or fashion environment.

Secondary education or equivalent in Beauty; professional training and/or university degree preferred.
