1. Sell brand products and provide high-quality customer service throughout the sales process.
2. Enhance brand awareness and loyalty among consumers.
3. Identify, understand, and address customer needs.
4. Monitor competitor activities, including special actions and product launches.
5. Propose and demonstrate personalized product offerings.
6. Track point-of-sale KPIs.
7. Develop personal and lasting relationships with customers through loyalty programs and samples.
8. Achieve monthly retail sales targets.
9. Participate in merchandising and inventory maintenance according to corporate guidelines.
10. Monitor stock levels and report issues to the Area Manager to ensure sufficient product availability.
11. Perform assigned operational and administrative tasks.

1-2 years of prior professional experience in retail or service sectors, ideally within luxury, beauty, or fashion environments.
