1. Assist the Warehouse Manager in planning and executing daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods efficiently.
2. Monitor inventory levels to ensure accuracy and availability, implementing procedures to minimize loss and maximize stock accuracy.
3. Analyze warehouse operations and performance data to identify areas for improvement, implementing strategic changes to enhance productivity.
4. Oversee weekly rostering of warehouse team, adhering to monthly budget.
5. Supervise and mentor warehouse staff, assigning tasks, evaluating performance, and ensuring compliance with safety protocols.
6. Manage KPI targets for all receiving and return activities.
7. Set the daily inbound plan and priorities with the team of receivers.
8. Oversee receiving productivity to meet KPI targets.
9. Manage day-to-day planning for Inventory Control, including cycle count list generation and picking replenishments.
10. Manage end-to-end returns and destruction processes adhering to global compliance.
11. Place purchase orders routinely and manage consumables adhering to budget.
12. Ensure compliance with all work health and safety policies and procedures, maintaining a clean and tidy warehouse following 5S standards.

1. Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role within a fast-paced warehouse environment.
2. Diploma in a related field (e.g., Logistics, Supply Chain Management) is highly desirable.
3. Current Forklift license with at least 12 months of high reach experience.

1. Proficient computer skills, including intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Suite products.
2. Strong IT knowledge, including understanding of interface systems, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), and E-commerce platforms.
3. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, such as power queries, Power BI, VLOOKUP, and pivot tables.
4. Strong interpersonal and communication skills essential for managing both internal and external key stakeholders.
5. Highly organized with excellent time management abilities.
6. Self-motivated, diligent, and proactive in problem-solving.
7. Adaptable to change and comfortable in a dynamic work setting.
8. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.

Minimum 5 years in a similar role within a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Diploma in a related field (e.g., Logistics, Supply Chain Management) is highly desirable.
