LVMH Assistant Warehouse Manager

- Assist the Warehouse Manager in planning and executing daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods efficiently.
- Monitor inventory levels to ensure accuracy and availability, implementing procedures to minimize loss and maximize stock accuracy.
- Analyze warehouse operations and performance data to identify areas for improvement, implementing strategic changes to enhance productivity.
- Supervise and mentor warehouse staff, assigning tasks, evaluating performance, and ensuring compliance with safety protocols.
- Manage day-to-day planning for Receiving activities and team, setting daily inbound plans and priorities.
- Oversee the end-to-end Returns and Destruction processes adhering to global compliance.
- Place purchase orders routinely and manage consumables adhering to budget.
- Maintain a clean and tidy warehouse following 5S and internal targets, supervising staff 5S management in the Receiving and Storage Zones.
- Ensure compliance with all work health and safety policies and procedures.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role within a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- A Diploma in a related field (e.g., Logistics, Supply Chain Management) is highly desirable.
- Must hold a current Forklift license with at least 12 months of high reach experience.
- Proficient computer skills, including intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Suite products.
- Strong IT knowledge, including understanding of interface systems, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), and E-commerce platforms.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, such as basic power queries, Power BI, VLOOKUP, conditional formatting, pivot tables, drop-down lists, and text to column functionality.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills essential for managing both internal and external key stakeholders.
- Highly organized with excellent time management abilities.
- Self-motivated, diligent, and proactive in problem-solving.
- Adaptable to change and comfortable in a dynamic work setting.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
Minimum 5 years in a similar role within a fast-paced warehouse environment.
