1. Prepare and post journals for payroll, prepayments, and accruals.
2. Maintain and adjust lease accounts monthly using the Leasa tool.
3. Assist with intercompany recharges to other LVMH entities.
4. Reconcile, analyze, and clear balance sheet accounts for review.
5. Reconcile Direct to Retail (DTR) sales and stock monthly.
6. Ensure timely and accurate cash entries and direct debit postings.
7. Prepare monthly bank reconciliations for multiple accounts.
8. Confirm cash pooling balances and post interest received and paid.
9. Enter cash positions into the LVMH treasury reporting system Syrus.
10. Prepare cash flow spreadsheets and analysis reports.
11. Manage creation, disposal, and monthly maintenance of fixed assets.
12. Support the annual audit by providing necessary documentation.
13. Analyze VAT postings and prepare quarterly UK & IRE VAT returns.
14. Reconcile intercompany balances and generate monthly recharges.

1. Strong organizational skills with acute attention to detail.
2. Ability to deal with ambiguity and work under pressure.
3. Excellent team player with strong analytical skills.
4. Sense of urgency and promptness in a dynamic environment.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
2. Previous knowledge of SAP is advantageous.
3. Good telephone manner and time management skills.

Beginner level experience in accounting or finance-related roles.

Relevant degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
