LVMH Area Manager, Travel Retail Europe - Beauty

- Develop and strengthen strategic partnerships with distributors to optimize brand penetration and visibility across multicultural and multi-country environments.

- Conduct high-level negotiations to secure optimal conditions, including space allocation, merchandising, pricing, incentives, and operational excellence.

- Construct comprehensive biannual business plans incorporating key performance indicators such as sell-out, net sales, market share, and margin.

- Monitor and analyze KPIs through weekly and monthly reports to guide corrective actions and anticipate business developments.
- Oversee monthly commercial tracking, including sell-in, net sales, sell-out, and operational planning and reporting.
- Develop and implement targeted sell-out action plans by point of sale and product line.
- Conduct detailed stock analysis and implement corrective initiatives.
- Project and adjust short- and medium-term sales forecasts.
- Provide annual strategic recommendations to management, including areas for improvement, corrective plans, and commercial condition evolution.
- Identify potential new clients and propose strategic development plans aligned with growth objectives.
- Proven results-oriented mindset with strong negotiation expertise and proactive commercial temperament.
- Global and strategic business vision with the ability to translate it into concrete, effective field actions.
- Demonstrated ability to build trustful and fruitful relationships in multicultural environments.
- Capability to coach, inspire, and drive the performance of multidisciplinary and international commercial teams.
- Solid experience in client relations and strategic partnerships with distribution actors.
- Fluency in English and French.
- Excellent analytical and synthesis abilities, with attention to detail.
- Confirmed management experience and proficiency in P&L tracking tools.
- Knowledge of Travel Retail is highly appreciated.
Minimum of 7 years in retail management and commercial team leadership, with proven expertise in high-level negotiation. Successful experience in the retail industry is a significant advantage. Demonstrated ability to operate in complex multicultural environments.
Degree from an international business school or equivalent.
