1. Implement and monitor agroecology and biodiversity action plans with agricultural partners.
2. Serve as a liaison between certification bodies, such as UEBT, and partner producers when necessary.
3. Conduct agronomic trials to enhance the overall impact of crops.
4. Identify innovative solutions and partners to reduce environmental impact and measure progress.
5. Draft action plans and reports.
6. Participate in the budget management of agroecology projects.
7. Contribute to the agroecology strategy of the Maisons.
8. Act as an ambassador for agroecology within LVMH Research.
9. Conduct ongoing research and exploration on agroecology topics.
10. Provide weekly reports to the manager.

1. Master's degree in agroecology or equivalent.
2. Minimum of 5 years of successful experience in agroecology.

1. Knowledge of agronomy, agroecology, regenerative agriculture, and AgriTech.
2. Proficiency in English; knowledge of Spanish or Italian is advantageous.
3. Experience in the cosmetic industry is a plus.
4. Dynamic, curious, and autonomous with recognized leadership and expertise.
5. Strong team player with excellent communication and business orientation.

A minimum of 5 years of successful experience in agroecology is required.
