1. Implement and monitor agroecology and biodiversity action plans with agricultural partners.
2. Serve as a liaison between certification bodies, such as UEBT, and partner producers when necessary.
3. Establish agronomic trials to enhance the overall impact of crops.
4. Explore innovative solutions and partnerships to reduce the environmental impact of crops and measure progress.
5. Draft action plans and reports.
6. Participate in the budget management of agroecology projects.
7. Contribute to the agroecology strategy of the brands.
8. Act as an ambassador for agroecology within LVMH RECHERCHE.
9. Conduct research and scouting on agroecology topics.
10. Provide weekly reports to the manager.

1. Master's degree in agroecology or equivalent.
2. Minimum of 5 years of successful experience in agroecology.
3. Knowledge in agronomy, agroecology, regenerative agriculture, and AgriTech.

1. Proficiency in English; knowledge of Spanish or Italian is advantageous.
2. Dynamic, curious, and autonomous nature.
3. Recognized leadership, expertise, and innovation skills.
4. Strong teamwork, communication, and business orientation.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in agroecology is required. Experience in the cosmetic industry is advantageous.

Master's degree in agroecology or equivalent.
