LVMH Agroecology Project Manager

- Implement and monitor agroecology and biodiversity action plans with agricultural partners.
- Serve as a liaison between certification bodies, such as UEBT, and partner producers when necessary.
- Establish agronomic trials to enhance the overall impact of crops.
- Explore innovative solutions and partnerships to reduce the environmental impact of crops and measure progress.
- Draft action plans and reports.
- Participate in the budget management of agroecology projects.
- Contribute to the agroecology strategy of the brands.
- Act as an ambassador for agroecology within LVMH RECHERCHE.
- Conduct research and scouting on agroecology topics.
- Provide weekly reports to the manager.
- Master's degree in agroecology or equivalent.
- Minimum of 5 years of successful experience in agroecology.
- Knowledge in agronomy, agroecology, regenerative agriculture, and AgriTech.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of Spanish or Italian is advantageous.
- Dynamic, curious, and autonomous nature.
- Recognized leadership, expertise, and innovation skills.
- Strong teamwork, communication, and business orientation.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in agroecology is required. Experience in the cosmetic industry is advantageous.
Master's degree in agroecology or equivalent.
