LVMH Accounts Receivable Intern

- Monitor and manage overdue debts for all companies, particularly in the Andorra and Canary Islands regions, collaborating closely with the respective area manager.
- Record all received payment documents, including cheques, transfers, promissory notes, and advance payments.
- Handle the processing, recording, and active pursuit of all outstanding payments, providing daily updates to Sales Representatives and relevant personnel.
- Reconcile customer accounts by year-end, preparing and pursuing customer circularization for audit purposes.
- Control and monitor customer charges to ensure timely resolution, preventing end-of-month debt issues.
- Track and manage invoice issues, sending requested documentation copies to customers to facilitate timely payments.
- Proactively inform clients of upcoming deadlines and payment statuses, ensuring invoice discrepancies are addressed.
- Provide updates on customer accounts, debts, and outstanding discounted charges to the brand's management and financial teams.
- Degree in Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Eligibility to sign a 6-month internship agreement through an official university.
- Enthusiastic, proactive, and team-oriented.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial data entry.
- Good communication skills.
- Dynamic and quick learner.
- Proficient in Windows, MS Office, and SAP.
- Fluent in English (C1 level); French is a plus.
Previous experience in an IT department is a plus, though not required.
Degree in Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
