LVMH Accounts Receivable Intern

- Reconcile sales transactions with external data sources.
- Ensure accurate recording of sales, including refunds, chargebacks, and adjustments.
- Verify payments processed through various methods such as credit cards and PayPal.
- Reconcile bank statements with accounting records.
- Identify and report discrepancies within set deadlines.
- Challenge disputes with credit card companies.
- Process journal entries for fees using SAP and AX Microsoft Dynamics.
- Collect, organize, and analyze data from multiple sources.
- Produce monthly chargeback reports for senior management.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track e-commerce KPIs.
- Journal credit card fees using merchant reports.
- Collaborate with customer service to issue credits as needed.
- Clear reconciled items from ERP systems for month-end.
- Log chargebacks on external platforms.
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve unreconciled items.
- Perform additional ad hoc accounts receivable duties.
- Beginner-level experience in accounts receivable or related field.
- Strong organizational skills
- Acute attention to detail
- Ability to deal with ambiguity
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word
- Knowledge of SAP and AX Microsoft Dynamics is preferred
- Excellent analytical skills
- Quick thinking and calm under pressure
- Good time management skills

- Effective telephone communication
Beginner-level experience in accounts receivable or related field is required.
