LVMH Accounts Payable Officer

1. Distribute tax invoices for departmental approval with accuracy and timeliness.
2. Code invoices to the appropriate General Ledger (GL) code.
3. Ensure payment of invoices within stipulated terms.
4. Verify and process employee expense claims.
5. Reconcile supplier statements.
6. Investigate and resolve issues related to invoice processing and payments promptly.
7. Identify opportunities for process improvement in Accounts Payable.
8. Manage and respond to internal and external queries efficiently.
9. Process invoices into Microsoft Dynamics (AX) swiftly and accurately.
10. Perform ad hoc tasks as required.
11. Facilitate new vendor setup in Esker.
12. Assist in creating PR/PO access for new employees and address queries related to the P2P process in Esker.

1. Previous experience in Accounts Payable with a foundational understanding of accounting principles.
2. Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.

5. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics (AX) is highly regarded.
6. Experience with Esker Software is highly regarded.
