LVMH Accounting Manager

1. Supervise and coordinate the entire accounting process, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closes.
2. Ensure the accurate and timely recording of all company accounting and financial transactions.
3. Prepare and analyze comprehensive financial statements such as Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Cash Flow Statement, and Equity Statement.
4. Monitor and ensure compliance with current accounting regulations (NIIF/IFRS).
5. Oversee the calculation and timely submission of local and federal taxes.
6. Coordinate both external and internal audits, serving as the primary point of contact.
7. Establish and supervise the company's financial and internal audit policies and procedures.
8. Develop and refine accounting and financial working papers for the accounting department.
9. Supervise accounting personnel, covering activities such as general accounting, accounts receivable, and accounts payable.
10. Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

1. Minimum of 8 years of progressive professional experience in accounting or finance.
2. At least 2-3 years in a leadership or supervisory position, preferably within multinational companies or those with international operations.
3. Prior experience in an external audit firm in a leadership or supervisory capacity is highly preferred.
4. Solid understanding and practical application of NIIF/IFRS.
5. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Professional certification (CPA, ACA, etc.) is a plus.
6. Fluent in English.
