LVMH Accounting Manager

- Supervise and coordinate the entire accounting process, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closes.
- Ensure the accurate and timely recording of all company accounting and financial transactions.
- Prepare and analyze comprehensive financial statements, including Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Cash Flow Statement, and Equity Statement.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with current accounting regulations (NIIF/IFRS).
- Oversee the calculation and timely submission of local and federal taxes.
- Coordinate both external and internal audits, serving as the primary point of contact.
- Establish and supervise the company's financial and internal audit policies and procedures.
- Develop and refine accounting and financial working papers for the accounting department.
- Supervise accounting personnel, covering activities such as general accounting, accounts receivable, and accounts payable.
- Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Minimum of 8 years of progressive professional experience in accounting or finance.
- At least 2-3 years in a leadership or supervisory position, preferably within multinational companies or those with international operations.
- Prior experience in an external audit firm in a leadership or supervisory capacity is highly preferred.
- Solid understanding and practical application of NIIF/IFRS.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Professional certification (CPA, ACA, etc.) is a plus.
- Fluent in English.
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate and manage diverse work teams effectively.
- Strong capability to analyze complex financial data, identify improvement opportunities, and make sound decisions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with various organizational levels.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, establish priorities, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Flexibility to respond effectively to high-pressure situations and changes in regulations or the business environment.
- High sense of ethical responsibility and transparency in management.
