1. Assist with financial data entry, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies and procedures.
2. Support the month-end closing process.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial information and ensure proper cost allocation.
4. Contribute to the development and implementation of internal controls to safeguard company assets.
5. Undertake special projects and ad-hoc assignments as directed by the Controller manager.
6. Manage the end-to-end process of incoming invoices.
7. Contribute to the vendor creation process with direct contact with vendors.

1. Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
2. Fluent in English (C1 level); French is a plus.
3. Must be eligible to sign a 6-month internship agreement through an official university, full-time.

1. Enthusiastic, proactive, and team-oriented.
2. Attention to detail and accuracy in financial data entry.
3. Strong organizational skills and sense of urgency.
4. Dynamic and quick learner with a sensitivity to luxury.
5. Excellent communication skills.
6. Proficiency in Office 365; familiarity with AS400 and Navision is a plus.

Previous experience in a related field is valuable but not mandatory.

Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
