LVMH Accounting Intern

1. Process and record supplier invoices, both with and without purchase order references.
2. Manage the shared mailbox for supplier correspondence and reconcile supplier statements.
3. Follow up on the approval process for purchase invoices.
4. Create and modify supplier records in accordance with group procedures.
5. Forward and archive accounting documents for the Luxembourg company handled by an external accountant.
6. Record bank statements and manage customer open items by reconciling payments to unpaid invoices.
7. Assist in managing the shared mailbox and send reminder emails to customers.
8. Reconcile cash register reports and credit card payments with boutique sales reports.
9. Update follow-up files for project tracking, databases, group reporting, and audit purposes.
10. Assist in preparing audit files, including confirmation letters for clients, suppliers, and banks, and downloading data from SAP.
11. Scan and archive documents on the shared network drive.

1. Currently pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
2. Basic understanding of accounting principles and practices.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
2. Familiarity with SAP or similar ERP systems.
3. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
5. Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.

No prior experience required; suitable for beginners.

Currently pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
