LVMH Accounting Intern

- Process and record supplier invoices, both with and without purchase order references.
- Manage the shared mailbox for supplier correspondence and reconcile supplier statements.
- Follow up on the approval process for purchase invoices.
- Create and modify supplier records in accordance with group procedures.
- Forward and archive accounting documents for the Luxembourg company handled by an external accountant.
- Record bank statements and manage customer open items by reconciling payments to unpaid invoices.
- Assist in managing the shared mailbox and send reminder emails to customers.
- Reconcile cash register reports and credit card payments with boutique sales reports.
- Update follow-up files for project tracking, databases, group reporting, and audit purposes.
- Assist in preparing audit files, including confirmation letters for clients, suppliers, and banks, and downloading data from SAP.
- Scan and archive documents on the shared network drive.
- Currently pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Familiarity with SAP or similar ERP systems.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
No prior experience required; suitable for beginners.
Currently pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
