LVMH Accounting Assistant Manager

1. Manage daily operations of the accounting department, including month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes.
2. Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and cash management.
3. Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and reconciliations ensuring compliance with IFRS and other financial regulations.
4. Develop, implement, and improve internal controls, policies, and accounting procedures.
5. Coordinate external audits and liaise with auditors to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
6. Lead and mentor the accounting team, delegating tasks and supporting professional development.
7. Utilize ERP systems and accounting software to enhance automation and data accuracy.
8. Monitor financial performance, identify risks, and provide strategic insights to senior management.
9. Prepare tax returns in accordance with local tax laws and guidelines.
10. Prepare group tax reports and forecasts.
11. Handle tax audits and inspections.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
2. CPA certification preferred.
3. 10+ years of experience in accounting within a multinational retail environment with leadership experience.

1. Strong knowledge of accounting principles (IFRS), tax regulations, and financial legislation.
2. Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
3. Proficiency in ERP systems and accounting software.
4. Native Korean and proficient English communication ability.

Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance, with a focus on multinational corporations and retail.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
