1. Verify and enter vendor invoices into the accounting system.
2. Compile and verify staff claims for payment approval.
3. Prepare documentation for payment authorization and enter payment journals.
4. Maintain accrual procedures and reconcile payable accounts with sub-ledgers.
5. Manage depreciation processes and ensure accurate ERP entries.
6. Calculate and enter inventory provisions.
7. Issue intercompany invoices and manage entries.
8. Update and maintain lease contracts in the group system.
9. Reconcile inter-company balances.
10. Prepare financial reports for headquarters, including the SYRUS package.
11. Prepare closing review documents for financial data examination.
12. File tax returns, including VAT and CIT.
13. Support tax reporting to headquarters and authorities.
14. Assist in handling inquiries regarding accounting treatment and internal control.
15. Support function managers during external and internal audits.

1. University degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or Law.
2. Accounting certification (CPA or AICPA) is an advantage.
3. Minimum of 5 years of experience in General Accounting, Tax, and Audit.

1. Proficiency in ERP systems such as AX or SAP.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in PC operations.
4. Attention to detail and accuracy.
5. Fluency in spoken and written Korean and English.

A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience is required.

University degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or Law.
