LVMH Accountant

- Verify and enter vendor invoices into the accounting system.
- Compile and verify staff claims for payment approval.
- Prepare payment authorization documentation and enter payment journals.
- Maintain accrual procedures for recurring expenses.
- Reconcile payable accounts with sub-ledgers.
- Manage depreciation processes in ERP systems and ensure accurate entries.
- Calculate and enter inventory provisions.
- Confirm and enter in-transit items.
- Issue and book intercompany invoices.
- Update and maintain lease contract data in the group system.
- Reconcile inter-company balances.
- Prepare financial reports for headquarters, including SYRUS package balance sheets.
- Prepare closing review documents for financial data examination.
- File tax returns, including VAT quarterly and CIT yearly.
- Support treasury manager with tax reports for headquarters and authorities.
- Handle daily accounting inquiries from brands.
- Assist in external and internal audits.
- University degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or Law.
- Accounting certification (CPA or AICPA) is advantageous.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in General Accounting, Tax, and Audit.
- Proficiency in ERP systems such as AX or SAP.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Analytical skills and proficiency in PC operations.
- Precision and accuracy in work.
- Fluency in Korean and English, both spoken and written.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in General Accounting, Tax, and Audit is required.
University degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or Law.
