1. Verify and enter vendor invoices into the accounting system.
2. Compile and verify staff claims for payment approval.
3. Prepare payment authorization documentation and enter payment journals.
4. Maintain accrual procedures for recurring expenses.
5. Reconcile payable accounts with sub-ledgers.
6. Manage depreciation processes in ERP systems and ensure accurate entries.
7. Calculate and enter inventory provisions.
8. Confirm and enter in-transit items.
9. Issue and book intercompany invoices.
10. Update and maintain lease contract data in the group system.
11. Reconcile inter-company balances.
12. Prepare financial reports for headquarters, including SYRUS package balance sheets.
13. Prepare closing review documents for financial data examination.
14. File tax returns, including VAT quarterly and CIT yearly.
15. Support treasury manager with tax reports for headquarters and authorities.
16. Handle daily accounting inquiries from brands.
17. Assist in external and internal audits.

1. University degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or Law.
2. Accounting certification (CPA or AICPA) is advantageous.
3. Minimum of 3 years of experience in General Accounting, Tax, and Audit.

1. Proficiency in ERP systems such as AX or SAP.
2. Strong organizational and communication skills.
3. Analytical skills and proficiency in PC operations.
4. Precision and accuracy in work.
5. Fluency in Korean and English, both spoken and written.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in General Accounting, Tax, and Audit is required.

University degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or Law.
