1. Establish and maintain all general ledger accounts and subaccounts.
2. Receive, scan, and upload invoices to the platform, ensuring accuracy in amounts, descriptions, and cost center assignments.
3. Record supplier invoices, customer charges, and expense reports, and process payments accordingly.
4. Reconcile daily sales and cash balances, coordinating with banks and security companies for cash handling.
5. Report sales and corresponding taxes to the Tax Authorities.
6. Perform monthly reconciliation of accounts payable and report to Management Control.
7. Reconcile intercompany balances at month-end and report to headquarters.
8. Generate, review, and file billing journals.
9. Monitor and control customer deposits and credit notes, reporting to public authorities.
10. Provide documentation and explanations to auditors for annual financial statements.
11. Ensure budget compliance by monitoring purchase orders and verifying invoices.
12. Coordinate supplier registration and payment documentation.

1. Degree in Business Administration, Economics, or equivalent
2. Master’s degree in Finance or Accounting

A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience is required.

Degree in Business Administration, Economics, or equivalent. Master’s degree in Finance or Accounting preferred.
