1. Consolidate and ensure the reliability of non-financial KPIs for monthly and annual reports.
2. Communicate and create presentations for various stakeholders including the Executive Committee, HR Directors, and top management.
3. Produce workforce analyses for HR and business leaders, including ad hoc analyses.
4. Develop dashboards for data visualization.
5. Contribute to the management of the indicator database, consisting of 30 monthly and over 100 annual indicators.
6. Ensure the proper functioning of reporting tools and participate in optimization projects.
7. Support and assist the HR Reporting community of over 1,000 members.
8. Create and produce materials to aid, educate, and train contributors on various topics.
9. Contribute to the facilitation of webinars and training sessions for the community.
10. Manage contributor inquiries.
11. Utilize HR data to analyze trends and inform decision-making.

1. Master's degree or equivalent in business school or university.
2. Interest in HR data topics.
3. Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; knowledge of Power BI is advantageous.
4. Excellent written and verbal proficiency in both English and French.
5. Demonstrates rigor, curiosity, and attentiveness.
6. Critical thinking, organizational skills, and teamwork ability.
