LVMH People Analytics Apprentice

- Consolidate and ensure the reliability of non-financial KPIs for monthly and annual reports.
- Communicate and create presentations for various stakeholders including the Executive Committee, HR Directors, and top management.
- Produce workforce analyses for HR and business leaders, including ad hoc analyses.
- Develop dashboards for data visualization.
- Contribute to the management of the indicator database, consisting of 30 monthly and over 100 annual indicators.
- Ensure the proper functioning of reporting tools and participate in optimization projects.
- Support and assist the HR Reporting community of over 1,000 members.
- Create and produce materials to aid, educate, and train contributors on various topics.
- Contribute to the facilitation of webinars and training sessions for the community.
- Manage contributor inquiries.
- Utilize HR data to analyze trends and inform decision-making.
- Master's degree or equivalent in business school or university.
- Interest in HR data topics.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; knowledge of Power BI is advantageous.
- Excellent written and verbal proficiency in both English and French.
- Demonstrates rigor, curiosity, and attentiveness.
- Critical thinking, organizational skills, and teamwork ability.

Beginner level experience is required, suitable for those at the start of their career.
