The People Analytics team at LVMH headquarters is integral to the HR strategy and data ecosystem, supporting the group's 75 Maisons through various reporting processes.

1. Consolidate and ensure the reliability of non-financial KPIs for monthly and annual reports.
2. Communicate and create materials for stakeholders including the Executive Committee, HR Directors, Maisons, and top management.
3. Produce workforce analyses for LVMH HR and business leaders, including ad hoc analyses.
4. Develop dashboards for data visualization.
5. Contribute to the management of the indicator database, consisting of 30 monthly and over 100 annual indicators.
6. Ensure the proper functioning of the reporting tool.
7. Participate in projects aimed at optimizing and evolving reporting tools.
8. Support and assist the HR Reporting community of over 1,000 members.
9. Create and produce materials to aid, educate, and train contributors on various topics.
10. Contribute to the facilitation of webinars and training sessions for the community.
11. Manage contributor inquiries.
12. Utilize HR data to analyze trends that inform decision-making.

1. Master's degree (1st or 2nd year) or equivalent from a business school or university.
2. Interest in HR data topics is required.

1. Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; knowledge of Power BI is advantageous.
2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and French.
3. Demonstrated rigor, curiosity, and attentiveness.
4. Critical thinking, organizational skills, and teamwork ability.
5. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Beginner level experience is acceptable, as this is an apprenticeship position.

Master's degree (1st or 2nd year) or equivalent in business or related field.
