LVMH People Analytics Apprentice

The People Analytics team at LVMH headquarters is integral to the HR strategy and data ecosystem, supporting the group's 75 Maisons through various reporting processes.
- Consolidate and ensure the reliability of non-financial KPIs for monthly and annual reports.
- Communicate and create materials for stakeholders including the Executive Committee, HR Directors, Maisons, and top management.
- Produce workforce analyses for LVMH HR and business leaders, including ad hoc analyses.
- Develop dashboards for data visualization.
- Contribute to the management of the indicator database, consisting of 30 monthly and over 100 annual indicators.
- Ensure the proper functioning of the reporting tool.
- Participate in projects aimed at optimizing and evolving reporting tools.
- Support and assist the HR Reporting community of over 1,000 members.
- Create and produce materials to aid, educate, and train contributors on various topics.
- Contribute to the facilitation of webinars and training sessions for the community.
- Manage contributor inquiries.
- Utilize HR data to analyze trends that inform decision-making.
- Master's degree (1st or 2nd year) or equivalent from a business school or university.
- Interest in HR data topics is required.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; knowledge of Power BI is advantageous.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and French.
- Demonstrated rigor, curiosity, and attentiveness.
- Critical thinking, organizational skills, and teamwork ability.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Beginner level experience is acceptable, as this is an apprenticeship position.
Master's degree (1st or 2nd year) or equivalent in business or related field.
