- Consolidate and ensure the reliability of non-financial KPIs for monthly and annual reports.
- Communicate and create presentations for various stakeholders including the Executive Committee, HR Directors, Maisons, and Top Management.
- Produce workforce analyses for LVMH's HR and Business Leaders, along with ad hoc analyses.
- Develop dashboards for data visualization.
- Contribute to the management of the indicator database, consisting of 30 monthly and over 100 annual indicators.
- Ensure the proper functioning of the reporting tool and participate in optimization projects.
- Support and assist the HR Reporting community of over 1,000 members.
- Create and produce materials to aid, raise awareness, and train contributors on various topics.
- Contribute to the organization of webinars and training sessions for the community.
- Manage contributor requests.
- Utilize HR data to analyze trends that can inform decision-making.
- Master's degree or equivalent in business school or university.
- Interest in HR Data topics.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; knowledge of Power BI is an advantage.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and French.
- Demonstrates rigor, curiosity, and attentiveness.
- Critical thinking, organizational skills, and teamwork ability.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Beginner level experience is acceptable.
Master's degree or equivalent in business or related field.
