1. Assist in the preparation and administration of payroll for a defined employee segment.
2. Support the administrative management of personnel in compliance with legal regulations, social agreements, and internal procedures.
3. Contribute to the drafting of employment contracts and amendments, as well as legal hiring declarations.
4. Participate in the management of time data and oversee sick leave, work accidents, and maternity cases.
5. Engage in various administrative tasks related to payroll activities, including managing temporary staff, meal vouchers, and long-service awards.
6. Aid in the establishment and verification of payroll, ensuring adherence to deadlines.
7. Involve in the various stages of payroll calculation with necessary controls for validation.

1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
