LVMH Payroll & HR Specialist
LVMH Perfumes & Cosmetics is the fragrances and cosmetics division within the LVMH group, housing several prestige maisons and operating an extensive retail network across Greater China and internationally. - Execute monthly payroll for full‑time and part‑time Beauty Consultants (BCs) and interns with complete accuracy and timeliness, maintaining strict internal controls.
- Validate BC attendance and leave records, verify supporting documentation, and advise retail teams on correct leave management to ensure policy consistency and audit readiness.
- Consolidate, validate and reconcile payroll input data across multiple retail brands in accordance with compensation guidelines and master data rules.
- Coordinate with local vendors (e.g., CIIC) to review social insurance contributions and Individual Income Tax (IIT) calculations to ensure compliance with Chinese labour, tax and social security regulations.
- Maintain organised, audit‑compliant payroll documentation and records in line with statutory and internal control requirements.
- Partner closely with HRBPs, Finance, Retail Operations and external vendors to resolve payroll queries and support audits.
- Support budgeting and labour‑cost reporting for retail staff, prepare payroll data for compensation benchmarking and monthly retail labour cost analyses.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to HRIS enhancements, system implementations, automation and payroll process optimisation.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 3–5 years’ payroll experience in an agency or multinational environment; retail payroll experience strongly preferred.
- Practical knowledge of China Labour Law, tax law, social security regulations and related payroll operations.
- Advanced MS Excel skills and strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Experience working with HRIS and payroll systems; involvement in HRIS projects or implementations is an advantage.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken.
- Strong sense of responsibility, logical thinking, attention to detail and a proactive approach to process improvement.
- Excellent customer service, problem‑solving and interpersonal communication skills.
