1. Provide exceptional client service and support, particularly during store closing hours and weekends.
2. Strengthen and build customer relationships through first-class consultations.
3. Achieve individual CRM goals and excel in product and repair training.
4. Serve as a professional point of contact for all after-sales topics.
5. Ensure first-class processing of repairs, from acceptance to communication with the technical team and return to customers.

1. Experience in the luxury sector is preferred, but new starters are welcome.
2. Fluency in Italian and English; additional language skills are advantageous.
3. Passion for consulting and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

3. Proficiency in handling after-sales services and repairs.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably within the luxury sector.
