LVMH Packaging Workshop Manager

LVMH Fragrance Brands brings together the beauty maisons Parfums Givenchy and KENZO Parfums within the LVMH group. 1. Lead and coordinate all packaging operations to ensure product availability while meeting Safety, Quality, Cost and Delivery targets.
2. Drive continuous improvement of the packaging workshop through daily management of SQCD indicators and implementation of improvement projects (5S, TPM, SMED, zero‑defect initiatives).
3. Ensure product quality and regulatory compliance by enforcing Good Manufacturing Practices (BPF), hygiene procedures and site‑specific quality requirements.
4. Manage a team of approximately 60 operators: workforce allocation, competency development (training, performance reviews), and functional career pathways.
5. Own the production schedule in collaboration with planning to meet service levels and manage design‑in‑service (DIS) for product launches.
6. Contribute to the production unit’s financial management: budget preparation, investment planning and establishment of production cost standards.
7. Ensure environmental, health and safety rules are applied across the workshop.

1. Engineering degree or equivalent technical qualification.
2. Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience within a manufacturing or production environment; prior experience in packaging/primary/secondary packaging preferred.
3. Proven competence in Lean Manufacturing methodologies and continuous improvement techniques.
4. Demonstrated leadership skills with experience managing large operator teams and developing personnel.
5. Strong organisational skills, rigor, and the ability to work effectively in a fast‑changing operational context.

At least 5 years of progressive experience in production supervision or shop‑floor management, with demonstrable responsibility for packaging operations and continuous improvement delivery.

Engineering degree or equivalent technical diploma.
